Framework™

Framework^™ consists of a series of detailed process paths supporting Application Development, Infrastructure Development, Business Change Management and IS Service Management and Delivery. The techniques, standards and deliverables it contains have been developed by CEC in conjunction with many of our clients over the past fourteen years.

Framework^™ contains the process templates we use ourselves on assignments. Framework^™ is provided as part of our IT Process Management programmes and can be delivered on paper, in hypertext, as an intranet application or, more commonly, in the repository of a process or knowledge management tool.
